Contact support@luxuryleatherhandbagstudio.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused and unworn, with their original tags and packaging. Please include your order number and the item you would like to return.
Please wait for return instructions before sending an item. The correct return address and next steps will be provided after your request is reviewed. Do not send a parcel to an address shown on a shipping label without approval.
For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping. If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can help resolve it.
We will inspect the returned item and let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the funds appear in your account.
