We offer complimentary shipping to the United States, Canada and Europe. Available destinations are confirmed at checkout.
Processing and transit
Please allow 48–72 hours for order processing, followed by an estimated 7–10 days in transit. These are separate stages, not a guaranteed total delivery date. Remote destinations, customs checks and carrier delays can affect arrival.
Tracking your parcel
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation or order-status page. A new tracking number can take time to show its first carrier scan. If you need help, email support@luxuryleatherhandbagstudio.com with your order number.
Duties and address details
Applicable duties are accounted for under our delivery arrangement. If a carrier requests an unexpected duty payment, contact us before paying. Please check your address carefully at checkout and contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes cannot always be made once dispatch has started.
